Flare welding
Increased strength and capable of handling complex-shaped components! By overlapping the components, the strength of the rebar itself is also enhanced.
"Flare welding" is a method of joining parts by overlapping them and using arc welding. By overlapping materials through flare welding, the strength of the rebar itself is also improved. It is used for banding and hoop reinforcement in pile head reinforcement work, seismic reinforcement, elevated bridge construction, etc. A qualification is required to perform flare welding. First, there is the basic level "Downward SA-2F," and the type of qualification varies depending on the working posture. For welding from bottom to top, such as in pile head reinforcement work, "Vertical SA-2V" is required, while for horizontal welding, such as for column bands and hoop reinforcement, a specialized level "Horizontal SA-2H" is necessary. [Features] ■ SA-2F (Downward) ■ SA-2V (Vertical) ■ SA-2H (Horizontal) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
